This project offers a huge potential for appreciation, as the new lilac metro line will include the Campo Belo station.
If it were a country, the quality of life in Campo Belo would be equivalent to that in Germany and higher than that in Portugal. The Human Development Index (HDI) is 0.932, which is regarded by the United Nations as being quite high.
Recently, the area has seen its high standard residential and family vocation grow even more. The large buildings, with apartments that seem more like houses, are surrounded by quiet, tree-lined streets. Some of its access roads include Ibirapuera, Indianópolis, Rubem Berta, Morumbi, and Santo Amaro avenues. The public transport network is substantial and well served, with the potential to improve after the inauguration of the Brooklin – Campo Belo subway station. Congonhas Airport, one of the most significant airports in Brazil, is also located in the neighborhood.
